Hey, I think it’s important you understand my story before we work together.
Over the last 20 years I’ve worked with peak performers in all realms of sport and business which lead me to found, scale and achieve a 7-figure exit from one of the largest fitness education providers in the UK at the age 36, a goal I had always set out to achieve for myself and my family.
And then I realised I’d got my priorities all wrong.
For the last few years I’d been trying to do it ‘right’ by bringing in executives on big salaries to run the company, whilst in the process removing myself from what I was best at – coaching!
I’d completely forgotten that the reason I got into this industry is because I thrive when I’m coaching performance individuals to achieve their best.
I’d deeply missed that, and in 2023 I decided to change that for good and install an upgraded core value for myself which was very simply:
“Never Stop Coaching”
You deserve to be paid what you’re worth. Fortunately I’m pretty good at delivering that outcome!
My work now consists of supporting coaches and educators through my business ’The Coaches Coach’, I work with coaches to help them get paid what they deserve and are truly worth (£100k+).
I’ve been on that journey as an unpaid intern, £18k coach and then when I realised I wanted to properly earn getting called a ‘sell-out’ by wealth averse peers. You are not alone fellow coach!
My approach is a combination of coaching, mentoring, mastermind and network. I’ll explain more on that in other areas of the website but in reality most people and companies need a hybrid approach that encompasses all these qualities in order to achieve their vision.
My true goal for my clients is achieving their version of freedom which is powered by an amazing business delivering financial freedom and choices for the owners.

Acted as a performance coach to multiple olympians, UFC Fighters and professional athletes across a wide range of sports.
One of the Athletes I worked with was voted Fifa World Player of the Year and nominated for BBC Sports Personality.
Built a market leading education company over 8 years to 25 sites, multi 7 Figures of revenue and flagship products serving over 100,000 people before selling it for 7 figures in 2019.

Been featured as an expert in GQ, The Times, The Independant, Mens, Health, Mens Fitness and many more.
Appeared on the BBC as an expert for health and wellness.
Built a company following of over 100,000.
A personal following of over 50k with a newsletter with over 20,000 people reading regularly.
Achieved Chartered Director Status with the IoD in 2019.
Many awards for digital business, personal coaching, training and education.
in 2021 I founded Impact learning Group to invest and acquire coaching and education companies and in 2023 The Coaches Coach to mentor and support entrepreneurs in this field.
