The Business Model that Gives you Finances AND Freedom.
When I founded SCE (Strength and Conditioning Education) I had a highly successful performance gym training 300 athletes and around 50 face to face PT clients weekly. It was generating over £20k per month for me, and at the time I was employed full time as a Head of Strength and Conditioning so this was a ‘side hustle’ for me.
So why did I choose to move into the online coaching and education world?
Well I’ll be honest it was an easy decision for me. I knew inherently that I wanted to be able to work from anywhere and I knew that the online world was the way to go to facilitate this.
I don’t think I was able to express it back then in those terms but I didn’t like the structure of a bricks and mortar business, it just did not sit well with me. There was a claustrophobic element to it that to this day I dislike.
I’ve made plenty of mistakes in my career but moving into the online coaching and education business model was the thing that I got absolutely right. It’s served me incredibly well and allowed me to make millions of pounds of income and live a life of fortune that I wouldn’t trade for anything.
It’s because of this that I’m so passionate about this business model for you, I know it can work for you if you’re looking for an enviable financial position and you want to have the agility to work from anywhere.
But there are two important caveats, let me explain.
- It’s still a business. The gurus will make out that you can be sipping your cocktail on the beach watching the money roll in.
Look to this day there’s nothing I like more than seeing those orders flow into your account but you still have to set up the products, do the launches and manage the business. - What you’re selling needs to be high quality and create transformation for your customers.
If you’re going to be successful you need to see it as a business. That means you need to drive the business, have a strategy and make the sales.
It’s not all about high ticket sales. There are a lot of options and business strategies within this overall business model. You can sell products, services, group stuff, bespoke high ticket stuff, you can do courses, education, events and they all require a slightly different approach that you will need to learn and implement. Where people go wrong is they see it ALL as ‘online coaching’ and have that feeling that ‘money just shows up’.
That won’t happen until you embrace the opportunity in full and learn it like any other business.
If you can get to grips with the above I think there is no business model like it. You can build a business that makes hundreds of thousands of pounds a year in revenue and you literally can do it from anywhere in the world. If you want to build it beyond that to 7 figures and multi 7 figures like I did you can do that too and make it into a sellable asset.
Whilst you’re doing all of this you’re helping people across the world achieve their goals and dreams.
I have no issue with other business models like AmazonFBA, forex, property (I have a property business too), even certain MLM businesses, I just know that the online coaching and education model works and I know exactly how it works and exactly how it can work for you too.
