Work for The Coaches Coach – Sales Roles Available

Let’s begin here…

Things have moved rapidly here since I launched in July, we now have almost 500 people in our online community ‘Entrepeneur Coaches and Educators’, almost 10,000 people subscribed to the weekly newsletter Champion Coaches, and every day dozens of enquires from people that need our help to work with them to grow their business and build something they’re proud of. 

It’s more than a one man job, I need help and would like to hear from you if you’re up for the challenge. The role is sales advisor and your job will be speaking with people daily to help and coach them, see if our programmes are a good fit, and then enrol those people onto the programmes. 

What does sales look like in this business? 

Well firstly this is not a hard sell. We talk to people to see if they are the right fit for our programmes. It’s a coaching based sales process. 

The role is full time, although we would consider multiple people around 20 per week. It’s a remote role, you would need to be in leeds a day or two per month for training days. It could be on a contract basis if this fits with you better. 

To make it in this role you absolutely need the following qualities:

Work Ethic –

You must be able to devote several hours per day to speaking with people on the phone, on zoom, and other video software. The rest of the time you’ll be building your pipeline on social media and other means using outbound messaging and outreach strategies. 

Desire to Earn.

I believe sales people are the lifeblood of any business and I pay very very well for these roles, based on performance. No free rides, this is a role that will pay a healthy commission and you will be able to earn in excess of £50,000 per year based on a full time working week. It’s uncapped, the more you want it the more you will earn. I’d love to pay you £100k or more! 

Desire to Learn.

You’ll be working alongside me, I will teach you what you need to know. If you know it all already this probably isn’t the role for you. 

Make it happen attitude! This is a start up, it’s not a mature corporate business. You’ll need to be agile, get things done and not moan about it when things change. 

Key Skills and Experience. 

A proven track record of phone based and remote sales is certainly an advantage. If you don’t have this it doesn’t rule you out but you need to persuade me! 

Compassion and Empathy. 

We help people. That’s the key focus here. If you’re someone who thrives on helping others get better that’s a great place to start. 

Build a career.

This is a profession, a professional, and it needs a professional individual(s). 

Here’s what we don’t want. 

Someone who expects a salary at the end of the month without delivering anything for it, this role is for people that want to make a big impact and are prepared to be judged on performance. 

Someone who sees this as a bridge into working as a strength coach full time. This is absolutely the wrong opportunity for you. 

Final point. 

I don’t care about your personal situation, how young or old you are, where you are in your career or anything like that. I believe in second chances and working with passionate, driven people. It’s all about performance and fit. Can we work together and can you deliver?

Timescales:
